At this time I am coaching a wide variety of athletes that range from first time runners to national caliber triathetes ranging in age from 10 to 69.
My personal fitness background includes 25 years as a competitive runner. In the last 10 years, I have expanding my focus of training to multisport events, ranging from triathlons to adventure races.
I pride myself on a well balanced approach to health and fitness. I personally know how hard it can be to find the time, motivation and dedication to acheive one's health and fitness goals. It is truly my dream to develop programs for others to help them in all of these areas.
