The next time you think you have no time - try timing the amount of time you talk on the phone, surf the web, watch TV, sit on the bleachers at your child's soccer practice!
That is alot of time!
Now get moving - need to take that call - take the phone for a walk. Just can't miss that TV or can't live without surfing the web do it while riding a stationary bike. Don't want to miss a second of the action at your child's practice. Walk or jog around the field or court while they play - you won't miss anything and you will be getting fitter too!
