I started working with Sandie 3 months ago - I was always tired, never eat right, never exercised. Between work, kids, and a husband I thought I had no time or energy for anything! I started working with Sandie 2x/wk in my home. She got me moving and helped me find my motivation and also helped me improve my diet, without dieting. After the first month I also started following online workouts she wrote for me 3 other days a week. I have lost 23 pounds and have 5x the energy I had before. I look and feel great and have found I really do have the time and the energy it takes to live a much happier and healthier life.

I knew I needed a coach to achieve my goals, and by working with Coach Sandie, I not only achieved those goals, I exceed all of my expectations. She provides personalized and strategic training plans that fit my schedule and focus on my weaknesses while maximizing my strengths. Unlike other coaches I have worked with, she does not give out generic training plans or what you could get out of a book but rather individualized, customized programs. She is friendly, personable, but works you hard!
